Have you noticed your weight has increased without eating more? Our metabolism is the rate that we burn energy, or calories, and it decreases 1 – 2 percent each decade. Revving up your metabolism in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s is different each decade. Led by our Licensed, Registered Dietitian, Christine Steinmetz, you will hear a dietitian and personal trainer share knowledge and experience on how clients can increase their metabolism.
