Women can earn a pearl for learning to eat healthier

For almost a year, women across McHenry County have been earning pearls as they take time to take care of themselves through Centegra’s Pearls for Wellness program. Women can now earn pearls for learning to eat healthier.

Centegra recently added nutrition services to the long list of pearl programs and services. Women who receive services such as annual physicals with a Centegra Physician Care doctor, annual screening mammograms at a Centegra facility and who take part in select services at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Centers can receive a genuine freshwater pearl for each service and work their way to creating a keepsake necklace.

The nutrition services are offered at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center in Crystal Lake or Huntley. Fees and schedules vary, so call 815-444-2900 for more information or to register. Services include:

  • Personalized nutrition consultation
  • Metabolic analysis
  • Diet analysis
  • Advanced performance nutrition analysis
  • Recipe analysis
