Speed dating is a formalized process in which people are encouraged to meet others. Each participant will have three minutes with each of the seven providers scheduled to participate. Cards will be given to each attendee with a basic description of each provider and his or her table number with an area available for notes. It’s a unique, fun and non-stressful way community members can find a new physician for themselves and their families.
”The first speed dating event was so popular, we’re excited to offer the program again. Primary care medicine is very much about the relationship between the patient and the physician, so this is a great opportunity for someone to meet their potential doctor,” said Dr. Pasquale Bernardi, vice president of Centegra Physician Care. “The community members will get to experience that the doctors here are passionate, caring and want to connect with their patients.”
