Care when you need it
A sprained ankle. A child’s ear infection. A fever. None of these problems qualify as emergencies, but you might not want to wait the time it might take to schedule an appointment with your doctor either.
A convenient third option is now available at Centegra Health System. The new Centegra Immediate Care Center in Crystal Lake offers care when you need it, without having to visit the emergency room. Immediate Care by Centegra is a walk-in clinic to handle life’s minor medical emergencies and illnesses, whether or not you have a primary care physician or are new to town.
You can receive treatment for symptoms and conditions such as:
- Abdominal Pain
- Allergic Reactions
- Athletic Physicals
- Cuts, Abrasions or Lacerations
- Ear Infections
- Flu Shots
- Minor Burns
- Occupational Health
- Respiratory Infections
- Sports Injuries
- Sprains or Fractures
“This is another step forward in working to accommodate the changing and busy lifestyles of area residents,” says Centegra President and CEO Michael S. Eesley. “We are expanding into new areas, and with special services that help residents stay healthy and get quick, efficient and compassionate care.”
Centegra Immediate Care is located on the third floor of the new Crystal Lake Medical Arts building at 360 Station Drive (the corner of Exchange and Station Road) behind Dominick’s.
The center is open seven days a week, including holidays.
Monday through Friday: 8 am to 8 pm
Weekends and holidays: 8 am to 5 pm
