Congratulations to Jonathon and Cherie Cooper of Gilberts on the arrival of their first baby, a girl, Addison Joy Cooper. Addison was the first baby born at Centegra Northern Illinois Medical Center in 2008.
After 23 ½ hours of labor, Addison was born on January 3, 2008 at 8:24 a.m. Dr. Susan Howie delivered the new baby girl that weighed 5lbs 10oz and measured in at 19 ½ inches.
Centegra Health System presented the family with some wonderful gifts to congratulate them, which will come in handy since Addison came 6 ½ weeks early and didn’t even give mom a chance to have a baby shower.
Cherie had a great experience giving birth and is overwhelmed with Centegra’s generosity. Mom and dad can’t wait to bring their new little one home.
