Centegra is expanding its services by partnering with the Center for Neurology, located in Crystal Lake. The official integration date of July 5 has united billing, clinical and technological capabilities between both parties. The Center for Neurology is now part of Centegra Physician Care, an integrated medical group with seven additional sites throughout the county, providing access and clinical excellence in primary and specialty care.
With the partnership, three physicians have joined the Centegra team. Dr. Benjamin Nagar, Dr. Paul L. Grindstaff and Dr. Hsiong Chen will continue to practice in their current location of 750 E. Terra Cotta, Crystal Lake.
