Centegra ready to serve during winter storm

snow-alertMCHENRY – During the winter storm, Centegra Health System is open and ready to serve the community. Every precaution has been taken to ensure patients and Associates remain safe in times of inclement weather. Centegra Hospital-McHenry and Centegra Hospital-Woodstock  remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”We encourage McHenry County residents not to travel unnecessarily in hazardous weather conditions, but those with medical emergencies are encouraged to call 9-1-1 or go directly to an emergency room at the nearest hospital,” said Jason Sciarro, Centegra President and Chief Operating Officer.”We deeply appreciate those Associates and Physicians who have volunteered to remain in-house during the winter storm in an effort to help patients in need,”  Sciarro added.  ”Thank you for your dedication to serving our community.Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center in Crystal Lake and Huntley plan to reopen Thursday morning at 5 a.m.Residents are encouraged to call 815-338-6600 to find the latest update on the Centegra Immediate Care Centers in Crystal Lake and Huntley.
