The Centegra Hospital-Woodstock Auxiliary is hosting a jewelry sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at Centegra Hospital-Woodstock. Proceeds will benefit the auxiliary’s fundraising efforts for the expansion of women’s health and wellness services in McHenry County through the Centegra Gavers Breast Center in Crystal Lake.

The new Centegra Gavers Breast Center in Crystal Lake serves as the hub for Centegra Health System’s Breast Health program. Since it opened in the fall, it has provided McHenry County patients identified with abnormal screening mammograms or other breast issues with a full continuum of follow-up diagnostics and required care in a coordinated and centralized location. Centegra has several state-of-the art imaging facilities throughout McHenry County that provide convenient access to individual imaging needs. Imaging services are also offered at Centegra Hospital-McHenry, Centegra Hospital-Woodstock, Crystal Lake Medical Arts and Centegra Health Center-Huntley.
Mad Hatters tickets still available
The Centegra Hospital-Woodstock Auxiliary encourages women to wear a hat for women’s health in McHenry County during the 9th annual Mad Hatters Luncheon Wednesday, May 4.
The event begins with cocktails and a silent auction preview at 10 a.m. at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by a live auction.
Tickets are $50 each or $500 for a table of 10 and may be purchased in person or by mail.
