On Monday, July 11, a severe storm passed through McHenry County and caused a large power outage to the community. As of Monday afternoon, all Centegra hospitals are open and ready to serve patients. All three hospital sites have back-up emergency generator power if needed as part of our disaster response mobile equipment.For cooling center locations, the community is encouraged to contact their municipalities. If anyone is experiencing a medical emergency, please seek assistance by contacting 911.A few Centegra Health System outpatient locations remain without power.
