My recent appointment with Dr Ko was the most delightful experience I have ever had in my life. Regardless of the patient load he might have had, he left me with the feeling that he had all the time in the world to address my concerns. He has a warm and kind bedside manner which is welcoming in this world where everyone is in a hurry to get nowhere fast. He was heartfelt and endearing as he address all of my questions and he was able to set clear expections as to the steps he would be taking to address my medical needs.
