Staying Active in Winter Months

Don’t hibernate this winter – maintain or improve your fitness during the colder months by following a few tips. Gary Nielsen, a fitness specialist with  Centegra Healthbridge Fitness Center, says you can enjoy exercise in colder weather by dressing in layers and cooling down indoors. He suggests other outdoor winter activities for fitness and says it is important to stay hydrated and warm.
