Restricted Funds
Centegra Health System Foundation created several restricted funds to provide you and other donors the opportunity to designate your gift. We understand that giving is and should be a very personal experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or can not find the fund you would like to support.
Cancer Care Fund
Donations to the Cancer Care Fund are used to enhance the quality of care cancer patients receive at Centegra Sage Cancer Center. Previous grants have funded several areas including the patient transportation van, new state-of-the-art equipment, free or reduced-fee cancer screenings as well as computers and educational materials for the Resource Library.
Behavioral Health Fund
Centegra’s Behavioral Health Services offer a full-continuum of care for people of all ages with mental, emotional, psychiatric and chemical dependency problems. Donations to the Behavioral Health Fund are used to enhance Inpatient and Outpatient services and programs.
Cardiac Care Fund
Donations to the Cardiac Care Fund are used for state-of-the-art equipment, Heart Failure Clinic, Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiac Diagnostic Services. Recently EKG transmitters were purchased, enabling doctors to receive information about the condition of the heart prior to the patient’s arrival at the hospital.
Cardiopulmonary Rehab Fund
Donations to the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Fund help support a three-part rehabilitation program for patients recovering from a cardiac event. Throughout the years, donations have purchased new, up-to-date exercise equipment.
Community Wellness Fund
Donations to the Community Wellness Fund support programs for the community that promote preventative care. Programs include physician lectures, health screenings from our mobile health unit and in collaboration with the Gaver’s Foundation, we provide skin cancer screenings for the public.
Helping Hand Fund
Centegra Health System is committed to providing care to each member of our community, regardless of his or her ability to pay. During these tough economic times we need to come together to support our community. Some of our neighbors are not able to pay their medical bills. Donating to the Helping Hand Fund will help local families get the quality care they need.
Women’s Health Services
Donations to Women’s Health Service support all programs, services and departments associated with women’s health. Though donations we fund state-of-the-art equipment, support groups and health screenings.
