Gifts to the Foundation, large or small, help Centegra continue to provide exceptional care and service for the McHenry County community.The Foundation accepts gifts of cash, checks, credit and stock. Contributions may be designated to a specific department or program, as well as the area of greatest need.We will also work with you to determine a meaningful way to make a planned gift that will benefit you, your family and Centegra.
