The Centegra Health System Foundation was created to build financial support for Centegra Health System as we strive to meet the growing needs of the communities we serve. Through the work of the Foundation, contributions and gifts are secured that support patient care, medical equipment upgrades and educational activities and programs throughout our system. At the end of our last fiscal year, the Foundation had granted back to Centegra Health System nearly $9 Million since its formation in 1995. The Centegra Health System Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that is governed by a Board of Directors that represents all aspects of our community.

The Centegra Health System Foundation raises money by:
- Securing gifts from individuals, corporations and foundation through direct mail, personal visits, grant writing and other means
- Hosting special events such as the Centegra Charity Golf Tournaments
- Educating people about tax-wise giving to encourage gifts of stock, property, insurance, wills and bequests
- Conducting major fundraising campaigns to support Centegra’s work in the community
