A Resource for Medical and Dental Staff

Physician Outreach provides easy and user-friendly resources to facilitate physicians' ability to work productively and efficiently with Centegra Health System.

Through personal visits to physician offices, the Physician Outreach Coordinators are an important advocate for the medical and dental staff. Various communication vehicles are used to share the latest news and information about hospital services and programs.

The Physician Outreach team hosts special recognition events, physician orientations and educational opportunities for medical office practices.  Buddy visits with service line leaders are also used to bring the Centegra Health System community together.

Danette Santana, Senior Coordinator, Physician Outreach

Danette has served as the Physician Outreach Coordinator with Centegra Health System since 2003. Her healthcare experience includes working in a physician practice, hospital laboratory as well as physician relations with another community health system.

Danette enjoys building relationships with primary care and specialty physicians to build their trust in practicing medicine at Centegra Health System. Her philosophy is to work both with physicians as well as practice managers to enhance the patient experience.

Grace Lee, Senior Coordinator, Physician Outreach

Grace joined Centegra Health System in 2009 as Physician Outreach Coordinator. She has experience in pharmaceutical sales and she works directly with physicians and their office staff to ensure convenient access to hospital services, improve communication and increase physician satisfaction.

Grace continues to build relationships between the physician, hospital and community which is essential for a strong foundation within Centegra Health System.
