Fitness Classes for Joint Health

Arthritis Water Exercise 1 and 2

Exercise in our warm-water therapy pools! Classes focus on progressive improvement of strength, endurance and range of motion.
Low-Back Water Exercise

Learn about correct posture as well as how to strengthen and stretch the muscles responsible for stabilizing the spine. Led by a physical therapist, the first class is a lecture and the remaining classes are in the therapy pool.
