An average of 21 languages may be spoken in one year at Centegra to facilitate better communication, obtain accurate information, ensure patient safety and avoid unnecessary testing. The most common languages other than English are Spanish, Polish, Russian and Korean.
Interpreters provide medical interpretation onsite 24 hours a day, seven days a week. American Sign Languages are also available on an as-needed basis.
