Carefully crafted over 20 years by a team of experts in cardiac care, the Centegra Heart Center continues to evolve with programs built on exceeding patient expectations and physicians focused on providing optimal results.

Established in 1982, CSA is the largest heart surgery physician group in Illinois. Each year, CSA surgeons perform more than 7,000 procedures, including 3,600 open heart surgeries. That’s more than any other practice in the state.

Providing university medical center quality care at 29 locations, CSA brings a depth of experience to Centegra. All CSA physicians are board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
