Vision

Created amongst our Associates and facilitated by our leaders, we’re ensuring rehabilitation is part of the solution to the challenges that come. This includes integrating rehabilitation into multiple service lines to better meet our patients needs in cardiac, oncology, orthopedics and women’s health to state of the art facilities where growth is anticipated such as our Health Bridge Sports and Medicine clinic in Huntley.

Flexible scheduling

This is evident by a high prevalence of varied work schedules and growing split positions between treatment areas and locations. Many of our clinical Associates start out with one schedule and evolve to another in quest to sustain work/life balance. Recognizing this inevitable part of our profession, we work with the Associates as this happens to find a win-win for them as well as our patients.
