Within the context of caring, we seek to provide all of our patients with care based on the best available research, evidence-based theories as well as our clinical expertise.We gather information from the patient history and physical exam and also listen to the preferences of our patients.
Many members of the Shared Governance Councils support our new Associates as preceptors and mentors to help them make the transition into their new positions.The orientation is individualized to meet the specific needs of the new Associates and ongoing classes are provided.
