Centegra Immediate Care guarantees you or your loved one will be seen within 30 minutes from check-in or the visit is free. The 30-minute guarantee excludes lab fees, x-rays, immunizations and other services. Must be claimed at time of service. 

In the event of a life-threatning emergency, patients are seen immediately and the times do not apply.
