Hours of operation for Centegra Immediate Care Centers in Crystal Lake and Huntley are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Otherwise, the care centers will be open regularly from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.Centegra Health System offers two conveniently located Immediate Care centers for people with minor medical problems.
