Welcome to a healthier you! Wellness for Life is a health promotion program designed to encourage Centegra Associates to lead healthier lives. The Wellness for Life program will:
- Help you identify and/or prevent health issues
- Make healthy options easy, enjoyable and affordable
- Help you find the appropriate support and resources
- Offer opportunities and rewards for making healthy choices
Through the Wellness for Life program, you may participate in on-site:
- Nutrition lectures
- Meditation experiences
- Activity classes
Health Risk Appraisals
Annually, Wellness for Life offers free Health Risk Appraisals (HRAs) to all Associates, which can provide early detection of many life-threatening illnesses.
