During a special lecture presentation, parents and children will learn practical techniques and ways to practice their new skills to address bullying. It is recommended for children in grades two through five. McHenry County Crisis Team members will instruct the class.

The presentation is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Crystal Lake. Free child care is available. Cost of the presentation is $10 per family. Register by calling 815-788-2274 or by emailing #Wellness_HumanaVitality@Centegra.com.
