Medication Assistance Program

Prescription Costs Keeping You Sick?

At Centegra, we don’t want finances to get in the way of a fast recovery. Prescription medication  can be  costly, and when the insured and  uninsured alike struggle to make payments to  stay healthy,  The  Medication Assistance Program is needed.

The  Medication Assistance Program  is designed to help patients with the high cost of prescription medications and benefits many different people.

  • Patients in and out of the hospital
  • Insured patients  with high deductibles or co-payments
  • Uninsured patients

Everyone is Eligible!

We want  to keep prescription costs low, so we assess patients on a case-by-case basis. Factors taken into consideration  include age, income and chronic or acute illness.
