This four-week series is designed to prepare you and your support person for the birth of your baby. Topics include: Labor and vaginal delivery, pain management (breathing techniques, pain medications, and epidurals), variations in labor, Cesarean section birth, normal newborn, basic baby care, pediatrician Q & A, and car-seat safety. Series should be taken in the sixth to eighth month of pregnancy. Includes a tour.
