Lifestyle Changes to Manage Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma
- Balance rest and activities. You will likely have less energy than usual. However, participating in exercise as tolerated will help you to maintain a positive outlook and may also help you to tolerate your treatment better.
- Avoid exposure to bacteria and viruses. Treatment for lymphoma may reduce your ability to fight off infection.
- Eat a healthy diet as tolerated.
