14-ounce box oat bran muffin mix 14-ounce box oat bran muffin mix
Apple juice ¾ cup
Finely chopped fresh apriums 18 
Raisins ¾  cup
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Lightly coat about 9 muffin cups with nonstick spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix and juice until just moistened. Stir in apriums and raisins.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups until full.
  5. Bake 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove muffins from pan and cool on wire rack.
